I can't look right now, I'm cutting. My controllers can be checked ... Use Plotter settings or use controller settings I have the FC7000 model and I use Graphtec Cutting Controller settings for everything. Orientation, force, speed, quality,, blade offset. -

change the orientation in the Graphtec Cutting controller. Have never heard of a Graphtec DVD for tutorials. You do have a user manual though. You might find some info on youtube.com -
because there is nothing there, that is a very old 2007 post and Terry is no longer a member, alot of members who leave, delete their files when they leave. some files also go lost in the forum move.

It's only Flexistarter 8.6 vs2 and Flexistarter 10 that has contour cutting. So make sure that's what you have. Maybe they have a small Graphtec vinyl cutter., which does contour cutting. -

where did you get the idea or hear that it contour cuts? I have never heard of Art Cut being able to contour cut.. Only Flexistarter 8.6 and 10 with contour cutting. -

just search thru the graphics request area. plenty of stuff there for different uses. also create your own. You don't want to be selling what everybody else does anyway... Best to create your own niche'

You show a Laser pointer and Signcut, so go in Signcut.. and adjust. I don't think you have offset on your vinyl cutter. change at .05 + or minus... see which is best.

.25MM isn't always an exact setting. just looking at that cross, and other places on your design the ends aren't meeting. when you do your test cuts, are the triangle points nice and sharp? Or rounded? As far as the random. have you zoomed your design way up and look for stray nodes?

from looking at your pictures, it looks like your blade offset is not correct and also blade out too far. I don't see anything sharp on your cutting. You can take the blade holder out of your machine and in your hand cut firmly across a piece of scrap vinyl. should only cut the vinyl and no marks or barely a mark in wax paper backing. Adjust to get to there.

you do have to save your files back to an older version like version 8 eps, because Signblazer has not been upgraded for several years. Owner passed away..

most people use Signblazer on here, because they don't want to purchase new software, which can be very expensive. Many use it on windows 7, and new computers.

no, but that is Signcut, Not UScutter. That is a different business. Different country even.. Are you able to use Signblazer? It is FREE and can be downloaded here on the forum.. Maybe put a ticket into UScutter and they can contact Signcut for you.. might work.

maybe try a different browser on your computer... That is a Signcut issue... You would have to contact thru Signcut If you want you can start a support-ticket at our support-portal http://signcut.zendesk.com
