Hello from Michgian
-
probably the part about "Just purchased a MH-871 and it is cutting great". and from reading your post could the problem be with the usb hub you are using? have you tried to use the cutter plugged directly into the computer for better communication with no noise added by the hub???
-
Kevin - have you contacted USC support? have you done a support ticket?

Noticed on Ebay that signblazer is listed for a download and as included - what drives does this use in signblazer? -

MH871 Measurements/Feeding Question?
Dakotagrafx replied to KCR87's topic in USCutter Refine Cutting Plotter Support Requests
1. Power Machine on 2. Feed roll through the back side, and line it up on both rulers at 7.5cm 3. use the offline button, and hit the down arrow until I have fed the vinyl all the way through its entire cutting length to make sure it is going to track properly. Press up arrow key to bring vinyl back to the original starting point at the front right of roll, then Hit origin button and cut -
won't be a problem

for those with usb only connections and SB freezing please read....

The refine I had did not have screws holding it to the stand so that is why the ground wire worked. What machine do you have? -
MH871 Measurements/Feeding Question?
Dakotagrafx replied to KCR87's topic in USCutter Refine Cutting Plotter Support Requests
Yes - pre feed the length of vinyl you will be cutting total to make sure it will track properly, the feed it back thru the cutter to the rear until you reach the front right corner and set the origin point -
got my curiosity Terry.

GETTING THE MAC TO READ THE ZENCUT GREEN 24"
Dakotagrafx replied to convictedthruChrist's topic in Mac Users Board
Levi - you should have these drivers if you are supporting this machine . . .Why direct the customer to find his own driver? This has been touted as being comparable to the graphtec CE5000-60 and we are looking for some feedback on the cutter. Now we have someone trying to give us something to go on and is told to go find your own driver??? Price on the machine is great compared to the competition for the same thing - is support?? -

Dakotagrafx replied to michaelf32's topic in Vectorizing
replied in the other thread - you can hire drakesis to do it since no one has time right now (seen when you asked a while back also) -
an some one please help vectorize this
Dakotagrafx replied to michaelf32's topic in General discussion
Michael - if no one has time to do it, I can recommend drakesis. I had him do one that I had been putting off due to it's complexity and he did a great job and reasonably priced. -
Used one for several months and it was a GREAT cutter. it cut smaller and better than any of the cheaper cutters.
