Dakotagrafx replied to mysticalbreeze6's topic in USCutter Refine Cutting Plotter Support Requests
In the list in signblazer it is listed as the Refine 721. when using the clipart you must "Import" the art into signblazer. It should be in .eps format -

I'm trying to remember the few "good" cutters I have seen..what do they use in place of the grit roller? Or is it just a finer grit? Either way, it goes away and no one cares anyway, IME. The graphtec is a milled roller that is smoother and doesn't seem to leave the marks like the GRIT rollers

go to the signblazer thread at the top for the fix to the trial mode

Head Doesnt Move Down to Cut
Dakotagrafx replied to ccsnv's topic in USCutter Refine Cutting Plotter Support Requests
Did you have the cutter stand grounded to the cutter? Submit a support ticket they will have you check the carriage and the probably replace the motherboard http://support.uscutter.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit
