Guest Mike Ray Posted February 14, 2017 I use our US Cutter Plotter about once every two years. I have Vinylmaster LTR V4.0 software. I'm having a sizing problem for van lettering our name and logo. Here is my problem I have a length of about 5 feet, with a height of about 8" When I type in my wording (three words) with 3 letter, 4 letters and 3 letters (The Soda Man). My problem is spacing. The letters come out to thin... I need Super Bold, or fatter letters to make it look good in the spacing. I've attached a jpeg. I need to make the large red bold letters. Mine come out very thin. I can't figure the formula for sizing or how to size. Any help is appreciated. Not sure if this is appropriate by im at mnray034@yahoo.com for a direct response. If this is not appropriate please advise and I'll delete. Thanks Mike

Go-C Graphics 856 Posted February 14, 2017 Other options are 1. At an outline with a check in the box for inside holes 2. Increase the stroke, break it apart, and weld it all together.
darcshadow 1,626 Posted February 14, 2017 Play around with different fonts. Fanklin Gothic Heavy at 6.3" tall will fill your 5' area.
