Loaded some work into graphtec studio and started cutting. Work without any errors. Did some testing and more testing. NO ERRORS AT ALL!! YEAH!! Finally I got it working again Hope it will work all time.Does your graphtec machine work?? Do nothing AND DONT DO ANY FIRMWARE UPGRADING!!!!Thanks

Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted March 20, 2015 gotta be an apple thing - never had that with any of my graphtecs what software are you using to cut with?
Jesse F. 7 Posted March 20, 2015 The CE-6000 is usually pretty straight forward on a Mac as well as a PC, although most plotters we've found to just work better on PC across the board. When was the last time you ran an update for your OS out of curiosity? From the sound of it though it does seem like it could potentially be a Mobo issue, especially if you've rolled the firmware back and it has been doing this across multiple computers. I'll pick our Tier 3 tech's brain on this one and see if there's anything else we can think to check.

MZ SKEETER 4,709 Posted March 21, 2015 I thought maybe you had actual pictures of vinyl, where it is random cut. Have you tried the cutter on HP-GL language? You can use the Signcut.com trial for 1 week. Free trial at top of page. It is for Mac. http://www.signcutpro.com/
