Howard Irwin Support Specialist US Cutter 425-481-3555 888-298-8143 - Option 2 i used the included robo master software.. it was easy as pie to use and the graphtec cut very cleanly.. I had a problem with 8.5x11 paper size for the vinyl with reading registration marks but the 11x17 works great.. I move the marks in just a tad to give it more room to read the marks.. A carrier sheet would more than likely fix the issue with the smaller sized paper as well to. did 2 layers of frog juice before cutting. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
