I think it was it "Go-C"? If I remember right they put some more money in to it and built their own setup for glasses.

See what comm port the plotter is on in device manager. If it changed you will have to change your settings in SignBlazer.

If you are worried about the blue confusing people have a decal installed on something sitting next to them.

During the "save as" you could try restricting it to "Postscript Level 2" in Inkscape. Maybe Artcut is that old?
