Anybody know if there is a setting that changes if you can see the rating on each post ? I see the rating on some posts once in a great while & then when reading the new content in the thread later , the rating is 0 . I think the rating thing is interesting , but should not be taken very seriously .

Hilarious Roxy !!! I actually took your rating from a -3 to a + 3 1 day .... you & somebody got into a " discussion " & you went neg again . The rating system is fun , it could have some improvements like not being able to vote for oneself , but I like it anyway . I can disagree with anybody ( I usually disagree with everybody over something or another ) & still not get trivial . some can't .

I agree with you , both earned them . I based it on not naming names in the " did me wrong cases " , posting names would get complaints 4-sure & most liekly wind up with the thread deleted . The rating thing does have many loop holes . You can vote for yourself . 1 member who had negative rating over a bad deal that was advertised on here , bought etc has went back into the positive ratings . I have seen that member advertise more items . Judging by the lack of communication , no shipping until they were called out on this forum , I fear for anybody buying from them . I do think they tried to do right , but just didn't . It was resolved , but not fairly . With the member that has over 100 negatives bidding on work here , I wonder if someone would hire them not knowing about the rating system ( biggest reason for this thread )

I am glad it isn't any worse & I am glad you choose to laugh.. that is what I do also . Don't worry about the septic system flooding ( It does make drinking the well water unwise , but even if no septic systems that would be the same ). My farm is in cow country . I was talking to the Main health department official when starting out years ago . He told me what their standards were & I told him I was a septic system installer in Md . After he told me about the importance of keeping the stuff in the ground etc . I told him I was constantly looking for the right perspective in life . He asked me what I meant . I told him to look across the road where my property goes up for about 1000' & tell me what he sees . He looks over & says he does not see anything . I ask him does he see those black things . he says " you mean the cows ? " . I said yes & asked him how many he thought was there . He guessed 30 some . I asked him if he knew any 10 people ( he did not know Baytootle ) that could poop & piss as much as 1 cow . He said no . I said .. so there are 30 some cows over there that can poop & piss more than 300 people & all the crap & piss just goes on top of the ground . He shrugs & says yes . I then ask him what does he see at the bottom of the hill . He says nothing & I ask him if he sees the stream . He says yes . I said that is why I have a hard time understanding some standards , there has to be 1,000 cows within 1 mile & he was worring about what 2 people would be putting out . The amount of poop & pee coming from wildlife , even if not in cow country is immense . Hang in there

Yes & No I do my shirts with easy weed and JPSS paper. The plates show were done with Cobra's high temp ink that came in my third printer which I just got that's why I said I was new at sublimation not shirts....

Now you say pigment inks. but to do mugs and shirts dont you have to have the High Temp Ink? what did you use to do those plates?

I have just started with the sublimation yesterday.. I have three 1100's two have pigment inks and I have done hundreds of shirts etc. on them with out a problem and love the ciss system. Many have the cobra system and claw on the other forum has done tons of different products with his along with a lot of others. i have only heard good reviews. Do a search here on the forum under 1100. I am sure there will be lots of reading. I just did these my first two plates and I think they came out good and the colors looked great. Sublimation ink prints a little dull but doesn't stay that way after its pressed. Don't quote me but i think Richard gives a 10% discount

You guys did not do enough research . the duct tape thing & the blade adjustment thing has been posted a zillion times or 2 . that kind of good advice is good to repeat

Try clicking on " View New Content " at the top right of the Home Page , it brings up all threads that have a new post . When I open a thread It takes me to the 1rst post I have not read . ( It is only the 1rst post in the thread if I have not read any of the thread ) EDIT ; It helps to read the help section . You can have a pop-up sent when you sign in that that lets you know of any new post in a thread you have posted in , anytime someone quotes your post ... etc . Click your user name , select settings , select notification options & choose the options ... ok Bayslowtle ?

if you un-install your first one will you lose the work you have in the files saved ?
