Images not showing up when sent to cutter

thanks for the quick reply...i cant seem to save the image on my computer to send here, but i did find that when the image is in the cutter form if you click the "blazer black" the font shows up..and if you click the "crossed out arrow" the image shows up?? but I cant have them show up at the same time only if its in the "draw" mode

hold down the ctrl key and click on each one. They should both come up at the same time.

you can save the file a couple of different ways. one is to export the file say to your desktop or to a special folder named for example "files for posting" or something like that. or try the save as feature.

are they 2 different colors?? only 1 color will show , i believe, in cut mode.

hold down the ctrl key and click on each one. They should both come up at the same time.

Either that or select everything and select a color and both will be "layered" to that color.
