Flexi doesnt complete the cut

When ever I try to plot something it will not finish the cuts. I had the same problem with SBE, but with flexi the gaps are HUGE. Like for instance it will not finish the whole back side of an "a" and it does this with every letter. Any insight?

You need to adjust the offset.

I ahve my flowcontrol set on xon/xoff does that make a difference?

I would set it to Hardware for the flow control.

I tried that but it says it can not open the port I think. I changed the setting for the port also in the device manager and in the program. Which hard wires should be checked?

Production Manager- Setup, then Add Setup.

Go to My Computer- Program Files- SAi- SAi Production Sutie- Output drivers folder, and remove the Creation PCut csm file, then replace it with this one.
