laser point laser not working

Hi,  I  have a laser point 24 and have been working on testing for performing conture cutting.  During a day long cutting job for some athletic uniforms the laser light just went off.  It does not seem to want to come back on, I have turned the machine on and off to no avail.  Has anyone else had this problem??

my guess would be either a burnt out laser, or a loose connection somewhere? mine stays on anytime the machine is on.

I suggest you contact Ken asap.

Might be a loose soldering connection for the laser.
