having trouble getting started

i am just trying to get the test square cut

when i push pause it wont do anything

i am offline vinyl is in place and it wont start

help i am lost!!!

On the Laser point, just take it offline and press the Test button to run a test from the cutter.

it still wont connect to my pc any more help?

my serial to usb is com9 and sb only goes to 8

Change the port number for the Serial to USB to something lower than 9
