JASONLNJ 0 Posted April 27, 2007 I am useing a MH1351 with a USB connection with Flexi software. It usually cuts the first job that I try, but when I try it a second time it will not cut and will say write port error. Sometimes if I shut everything down and come back and try it again later, it works. I also tried switching my usb cable to a different driver, which that works sometime, but others not. Now the problem is that when I can get it to cut it cuts about half of my design and says write port error. I tryied messing with the com ports but I am getting no postive results. Can anybody help me. Thanks. Jay
TaterNuts 3 Posted April 27, 2007 I used to have this same problem, but no longer do... However, this fix helped me, but others it has not. Open flexi, goto edit then prefrences. Click on the tool tab Scroll down to the cut plot icon, should be the third one down... uncheck the box that states, conect to local production manager using tcp/ip click ok, then restart flexi, try cutting again and see if you get this error. also, can you please post weather this worked for you or not, this way if it doesnt, i will stop telling people to do it. thanks
