Red lines in art work

I have been using this sign cut software and doing pretty good now all of a sudden I have blue squares so when i move them to the outside then iget big red X's and it mess's up all my cutting what is the deal with this software seems to have a mind of it own.please help need to get this job done asap.thankx.

try resave the file in your design program (as .eps), and then open it through sign cut. See if that works.

Make sure you are not running SignCut in test mode....it will say at the very top of the program. If so, you will need to register your copy of SignCut with the purchase ticket you received with the software.
