I am NOT having a good time..

Let me start by saying, i've upgraded machines slowly and surely throughout the years (Cricut > Cameo > SOLO > ) now that my hobby has turned into a full fledged business, i needed something much wider, so i purchased the 53" TITAN 3, and this has not been user friendly at all.

I'm running into multiple issues:

1. The VERY first time i clicked "cut now" in the software, it cut the file (as it should) but every cut since then just sits in my job queue and then i have to go to the machine and hit a physical button on there to cut. No big deal, but weird.

2. I attempted to cut a new job starting 2 inches above a perforated square, but when i hit cut, the machine rolled the vinyl up an inch and tried cutting some of my artwork in the perforated square. Every other cutter/software i've used will absolutely not go under wimage.thumb.png.6513176e1546367dda26e062a88ae3f2.pnghere you tell it to cut, only above. (See picture 1 and 2)

3. Every job since then just hangs on "Sending to USB cutter" and either does nothing or stops half way (See picture 3 and 4)

I'm not sure what to do and i'm starting to get buyers remorse.

You just needed to reset zero x,y coordinate to tell the cutter where was considered the work. If you moved it back and forth and ended up off from the original zero then it will need reset. I don't own a Titan but it may be available on the machine or in the software or both.

The connectivity issues are quirks of the new set-up. I know my own cutter has to be connected to the same usb port on my computer or it will cause all sorts of discontent. I am not all that helpful with that kind of thing, sorry.

It's Monday, perhaps reach out to USCUTTER for tech support and see what they say?

Regarding #3 --  Every job since then just hangs on "Sending to USB cutter" and either does nothing or stops half way.

Is the cutter head moving along while this data transfer is occurring? (is the cut progressing, or is the cutter sitting idle as the data transfers, and THEN starts to cut when that's finished?)

I own an SC2 machine that has this glitch, the data (cut path) has to process entirely first, before the unit actually begins to run a cut.
That's not how it's supposed to work, but I've gotten used to just accepting this minor delay instead of buying another cutter (I am seriously considering getting their new upgraded MH100 34" model in white, but that's not currently available).
