Contour Wizard Issue

I am a new user on this software. I am having a tracing issue. I use the Contour Wizard, Auto-Trace, program renders trace correctly, I click "apply" and it finalizes with a bubble around the entire image.  Please advise with steps to correct this issue.

Are you wanting a trace of your graphic or a contour/offset on your graphic?

Using a different ratio might bring it in closer to the graphic.
