Cutter and VinylMaster stops connection until reboot

Hello, I hope someone can help. I tried support with nothing resolved. 
I have a US CUtter model SC plotter that has worked great since 2018. I reopened my shop and now, the cutter will just randomly stop connecting. I will go to cut like I usually do using VinylMaster Cut V4.0 and will get an error that says "waiting to send" and it never does. I have to restart the cutter, then it works. It was happening randomly now it's every time. 

It doesn't matter what size file or what type of file it is. It even happens just typing numbers within the Vinyl master program. 
I tried different USB ports, using the serial port, different cables. Nothing. Any advice or ideas is appreciated.

What OS you using. I know windows 11 causes something similar with my MH cutter.

I have a similar problem sometimes with my SC2. I don't reboot the cutter, just unplug and plug in the USB again.
