OXWAL 0 Posted January 26, 2020 Hi everyone I have a configuration problem with my Copam 2500 ploter. I was working normally so it occurred to me to disconnect the USB cable and connect it to my laptop to work from there to reconnect to my pc I did not cut I do not know what happened I have seen tutorials everywhere and I do not get a solution, could anyone help me? Dakotagrafx 7,298 Posted January 26, 2020 for it to cut on your laptop you would need to install the usb emulation drivers on the laptop - when going back to the pc the port probably got changed in your device manager in whatever program you are using to an incorrect setting. haumana 1,227 Posted January 26, 2020 Any time you unplug/plug a USB device (i.e. cutter, printer, flash drive, scanner, etc.), Windows might assign a different ComPort number. Whatever computer you are wanting to use to send the file to the cutter, I suggest you check the Device Manager and see what number was assigned and make sure that it matches the number in the software that you're using. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
