Dakotagrafx 7,298 Posted November 21, 2017 did you download the usb drivers for the machine if using usb? the value cutters usually have a usb emulation chip in them that has to have the drivers to communicate with your cutting software - what cutting software are you using - this is a vector based plotter and will not operate like a printer Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Jon from Kajon www.kajon.co.uk You might try some generic drivers. A lot of those printers are sold under different names but the internals are often the same as other similar brands. If you can't find something that will run you may have to try and get some help from Sure-cuts-alot tech support. They occasionally are helpful.
