haumana 1,220 Posted April 27, 2008 If the design is already being sold by someone, regardless of media (t-shirts, keychains, etc.) there's probably a good chance that it's copyrighted (servicemarked or trademarked). If you post a sample of the graphic you were planning on using, the forum might be able to help you determine whether there would be any infringement issues.
