MH721 Corners not cutting

I bought myself and my son both new machines with signblazer. I haven't had time to set mine up, but we set his up while visiting him last month. He does have it cutting, but the corners of the letters do not complete, he has to cut them to weed. He has a desktop with windows XP, Signblazer, USB hookup. He has tweaked the depth and speed and all that is looking much better, just the corners are the problems now. I have been making signs for 30 years, he has always been around and helped so he isn't new, but we can't seem to figure this out. Any ideas?

Make sure the carriage is sitting ON the tracks and not in front of the tracks. Does the Test cut from the cutter itself turn out ok?

also check the blade OFFSET. Increase it a tiny amount at a time and see if it helps. .025 is what most people use.
