skarekrow 1,842 Posted July 12, 2015 Are you saving your image in Inkscape as a Raster or as a vector? If you are saving it as Raster (png, pdf, wmf, etc) you might try saving at a higher resolution. Also, Not being familiar with SCALP, it may not be great at handling raster images well... some (vector dominant) programs are not so great at bitmap images. Inkscape is one of them. If you are creating vectors in Inkscape and losing nodes when viewing in SCALP, I would suspect either SCALP or perhaps, a process you do in between the 2 programs?
