Rip_frannie 47 Posted June 26, 2015 I just got a good deal on a laser point 1, after putting a new motherboard in it I finally got it to cut. but when im cutting it keeps hiting the reset switch on the sides, how do I set a home point on it? im using sure cuts a lot, also the new mother board had 2 wire connectors where my new had only 2, when the one was in my cutter would pulse instead of cutting. but after I used jus 2 its cutting now Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Rip_frannie 47 Posted June 27, 2015 yeah I know that. but when it would cut , it would move right to left, instead of left to right. I called and a guy walked me through a few things. found out the plarity was reversed. I popped the white plastic housing off and boom everything was fixed . djque 246 Posted June 27, 2015 yup when I had a laserpoint 1 right b4 my graphtec it would hit the reset and waste vinyl I cut the wire inside and also I was cutting ouside the mat size trying to cut all 24" in on the 28". now I dont have that since my graphtec ready from wheel to wheel.
