Jesse.karbowski 3 Posted April 29, 2015 I just recently purchased my SC Cutter and got everything installed today. I'm new to all of this so bare with me please. I'm trying to send a job to the cutter, but the process bar gets basically to the end and just sits there and does nothing. The cutter doesn't cut. I shut the machine down, turn it back on and try again and still the same thing. I'm importing the job from AI. I did a test run with the pen and it worked fine. What could be the issue?
