Using photoshop cc to create a design. Save it as a png file and when I put it in SCALP its a lot bigger then it's suppose to be. How do I save the file so it will be the exact size o designed it as?

In Ps menu>Image>Image Size (enter desired size and proportion, scale, etc tick marks) click ok. Save.

This is in CS3... don't really know how the cloud version is laid out.

Know that white area (background) outside the image in photoshop will be included in the size,

even if transparent as with a png or tiff.

Has to do with Photoshop saving png's at it's native 72 pixels per inch resolution.

Set inkscape's preferences to the same and the size will match.

I imagine it's the same with your SCALP.
