That should be an easy trace, or even a piece together project from internet searches.

Why are they following him?

I tried to trace, missing details.  Will tray to fine turn it

Sam thats a perfect practice project to get the hang of hand tracing. Bring the pic into your program and if you can lower the opacity down to 50-60% and lock it then use the pen tool (not sure what program you are using but it will be there) and trace right over the top of the pic. You will want to zoom in nice and tight so you can catch all the details.
