Need some t shirts done sublimation or plastisol??

I have someone who has a few shirts, he made a logo he wants on them. 

but cant have any white background, its pretty much all text. i cant do sublimation, 

looking for someone i can send the logo to and put it on dye sub and I can press them.

Why Not just have someone print the transfers for sublimation and you press them?  400 degree for 80 seconds light color only ,,,
