blowndeadline 14 Posted March 28, 2014 I created some digital camo patterns in illustrator. I exported them as an AI as well as a SVG file. Both formats import fine but the end result all my squares and rectangles are getting rounded ends. I slowed the cutter down to 200 and still the same result. Any ideas on what to try next? Thanks! dee10w 29 Posted March 28, 2014 have you hadany probs with lettering being cut? if so your offset may need adjusting.
bikemike 711 Posted March 28, 2014 Blade offset. Do a quick search here for that. I forget what way to go to tighten the corners up.

Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted March 28, 2014 +3 offset - probably messed with it by reading some old threads that said to fix your uncut areas that way - was wrong then and wrong now
blowndeadline 14 Posted March 28, 2014 Is there a specific setting for offset? Currently it's set at .30mm. Should I go up or down to test? Sorry, new to vinyl cutting but not new to graphics!
Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted March 28, 2014 like I said mine is .025 but differs by cutter and blade - so test and check the corners - adjust and repeat - .25 mine would be wild rounded corners
blowndeadline 14 Posted March 29, 2014 Well, the offset is set at .60mm! It works, that's all that matters! Thanks for the advice!
