Go-C Graphics 856 Posted March 3, 2014 When you're doing the same design for a wide range of shirt sizes do you change the dimensions of the design? For example I got an order for shirts ranging from adult small to XXL. Should I increase the size of the design for the XXL?
skarekrow 1,842 Posted March 3, 2014 I generally do increase the size. Did some shirts for a dart team and if I remember correctly, the design was 11.5 inches on the Large and 13.5 on the 3X.

mr300s 1,272 Posted March 3, 2014 I adjust also I just did a 5XL bowling shirt for a guy and it would not have looked to good with a tiny little logo on the back...
jaybyrd 3,770 Posted March 3, 2014 I try to use the largest design that'll fit the smallest shirt size. I charge by size for siser so it keeps the price consistent and when screen printing I'd hate to make a different screen for each size.
