2atee 2 Posted February 12, 2014 I just got my cutter out of the box and the silicone pad is not attached to either the top or bottom platen. Isn't it supposed to be attached?
Ravenwind / One Off Grafx 187 Posted February 12, 2014 The pad is suposed to go on a heat press i think, not a cutter. If you have a heat press some are attached and some are loose.

2atee 2 Posted February 12, 2014 So this one is probably not supposed to be attached then? Sorry I'm just new at this. Me and a friend started the business together, I own all the printing and cutting equipment and she had the heat press. We split up our business so I have to start pressing all my own designs now. My press just came in the mail today and I didn't expect the silicone pad to be unattached.
Ravenwind / One Off Grafx 187 Posted February 12, 2014 if you want it to stay on mught use some M77 glue and glue it down to the bottom not the platten.
