Question from a Newbie

Recommended Posts

I just got my cutter out of the box and the silicone pad is not attached to either the top or bottom platen. Isn't it supposed to be attached?

So this one is probably not supposed to be attached then? Sorry I'm just new at this. Me and a friend started the business together, I own all the printing and cutting equipment and she had the heat press. We split up our business so I have to start pressing all my own designs now. My press just came in the mail today and I didn't expect the silicone pad to be unattached.
