motoxchic 33 Posted February 2, 2014 Trying to get our construction logo on the front of a hard hat. about a 3x4" oval logo with some text cut out etc. I looked up videos showing mostly what I tried, but I still cant get it. Tried securing a "line" through the middle (top to bottom) and working out on each side. Cannot get it even close. :| Any tips?
hockeygirl 30 Posted February 2, 2014 Are you using cast vinyl? Cast will conform to the curve better.

top53 53 Posted February 3, 2014 Use a little heat, hair dryer or heat gun. Start in the center work to edge. Just like playing at Carnegie Hall....................................practice, practice, practice.
xpfguy 39 Posted February 3, 2014 solve your problem… use vinyl with an air release adhesive: Hexis all there HX products have this. 3M has Controltac to name a few that way if you handing them out you don't need to give heating instructions :-)
