Fuzz balls and Jerzees shirts

Recommended Posts

Hi all. I was checking with a customer yesterday to see if he needed another set of T-shirts made for his business. He mentioned to me that a few of his workers were curious about fuzz balls popping out all over their shirts. I went and checked some of the shirts I made for myself and had the same thing happining. I used a clothes shaver on mine and will see what it looks like after the next wash. Has anyone had this problem with the Jerzees shirts? He is a very good customer so I will probably have to replace a few shirts for them.

I use port & co from sanmar and have never had that happen but as far as Jerzee's brand the only I time I do them is customer supplied so I can't say what happens later on.

Yes...I have used quite a few of the Jerzees T's and noticed fuzz balls on those of my own.

Fortunately, Shirt procuction doesn't make up a very large portion of my business and no customers have complained.

Its only after numerous washings have the problem showed up. 3 months maybe.
