68Blkbrd 2 Posted October 7, 2013 I use Graphtec CE6000-60 and Illustrator CS6 with Cutting Master 3 software. I am noticing on my rounded counters (insides of my letters) the cuts don't seem to meet up. (Examples "O" and "e") Maybe 1/64th off (not short but offset) but giving me a weeding issue. Is there a setting to adjust so these cuts will join up? It only happens on the round counters not the angled ones. Thanks!
jaybyrd 3,770 Posted October 7, 2013 I don't know if CM3 has it but in Flexi I just bump up the overcut a hair to help them connect.
BCOJdecals 39 Posted October 8, 2013 I use the same setup as you...same cutter and software...however, I don't create my files in Illustrator. I create them in Make-the-Cut, export as .eps, then open with Illustrator to send to CM3...no issues whatsoever.
Boom 7 Posted June 29, 2014 I use S3 with cutting master 3 with no problems with the cuts. Many my setting are set slightly different.. The trouble im having is I cant figure out how to change the orientation of what cuts. The plotter self measures(say,15"x3 yards. I make 1 row of the decal but it cut the 3 yard length and not the 15" length. It has to be a setting but I cant figure it out... anyone?
