MadHatterGraphix 1,258 Posted June 25, 2013 3G opaque is like a printable vinyl.
OWJones 1,981 Posted June 25, 2013 Printable vinyl is for making full color "stickers" or decals. JPSS and 3G Opaque are two types of t-shirt transfer materials, JPSS for white shirts and 3G Opaque for other colors. Printable vinyl is primarily used with solvent based ink printers, although vinyl that accepts aqueous ink is available.

OWJones 1,981 Posted June 25, 2013 Well yeah it's transfer paper but the damn stuff weeds and cuts like vinyl. Yes, but if you used 3G Opaque to print, cut and install a design on your car or dirt bike, you would be disappointed.
jaybyrd 3,770 Posted June 25, 2013 Besides the heat press would be awful heavy to hold there for 30 seconds.
