Little Miss Mom 0 Posted May 22, 2013 I only use US Cutter due to the reliability of the products and service. This morning I ordered a new Vinyl Printer due to many issues and frustrations wtih my 2+ old printer. Upon completion of the transaction I noticed the Support Forum on the bottom of the page. Within 30 minutes I fixed the printer, called US Cutter up and cancelled the order. The CSR was awesome, he even personally walked over to the next building to the shipping dept to ensure that my order was cancelled.l No attitude since they were losing a sale. Only genuine concern for me as a customer and acknowledgement that I was able to fix it myself. Thanks guys for the great service!
