Need help with 2 color

Ok I have the basics down and I would like to cut a 2 color but I can't find the registration marks ? also do I tell the cutter to print by color? or do I separate pages ?

I separate whats to be different colors in the different pages. As for registration marks, I take the original whole image in 1 page and add 2 small diamonds above it. Then copy image to next page and remove sections I dont need for that specific color, keeping diamonds where they are. The do the same for the next color on the next page and so on for however many colors Im doing.
