MZ SKEETER 4,709 Posted January 24, 2013 All I could suggest, is make sure your pinch rollers , are over the grit rollers below, and make sure you are not pulling directly from the vinyl roll, You should always have enough vinyl unrolled loosely to do the job.
BearlyRich 167 Posted January 24, 2013 You're not giving us enoough information. What kind of vinyl? Whcih cutter model? How and where is it 'slipping'? Biggest problem as Mz Skeeter said is make sure the pinch rollers are over the black knurled sections of the lower roller bar before you cut.
Jay2703 704 Posted January 24, 2013 On my PCut, the entire bar was knurled. It didn't matter where the rollers were.
BearlyRich 167 Posted January 24, 2013 Wow, lucky you. What model? My CT900 only has 4 sections knurled, the rest of it is shiny silver.
