Brunton850 0 Posted November 26, 2012 the load bar loads up half way and stops , whiel saying 'Reading File...' and just freezez , or most of the time it will complete loading up and just loads a blank documnet and theres other times sign cut will just crash , i cant open any fiel , anyone know what the problem is? or know and addon i cant get for photoshop etc , to open another type of file? thanks Aaron! Best to post up your file for someone to look at. All files have to be a vector file. If you are just saving a file to an .eps file, does not make it a true .eps file. If there is any bitmap in the file, it will not work. Is there any chance the file is from a newer design program? If so, it may have to be saved back to an older version of the program like version 8. eps. I see where others get that to work better with Signcut. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
