Anyone want to help with this TREE

Well I got to say I got in over my head with this. My girlfriend wants a tree on her wall. I thought no big deal I can do a tree, then she shows me this picture. This is the tree she wants and I can't do anything with it.

Is there anyone here willing to help or have the time to help try to vectorize this? I understand if not. I have played around with the graphic for 2 days and not liking anything that I have done to it yet.

Good luck with THAT tree, There are a lot of other graphics that are already vectored and FREE. Rolling Stones sing it the BEST, LOL, YOU CAN'T ALWAYS GET WHAT YOU WANT.........
