slice&dice 2,450 Posted July 24, 2012 Are you saying that this "fluro" (?) material is thicker than regular vinyl? If so, the pressure would have to be INCREASED to provide more downward force.
mxracer394 22 Posted July 24, 2012 Ten four tbe fluro is 6mil. I figured lowering the blade would work.will try raising pressure tonighy

Snapper 30 Posted July 24, 2012 If you don't want to play with your settings... just select number of passes as two. The cutter will cut it twice going over the same path.
slice&dice 2,450 Posted July 24, 2012 Where in Sign Blazer do you have that option of "two passes" ??
Coaster36 327 Posted July 24, 2012 Signblazer doesnt have that option. Flexi has it, Id be worried about alignment issues using that option. Although I have never tried it, I dont know how it goes about the process.
mxracer394 22 Posted July 24, 2012 went from 1 to 150 on pressure and it turned out okay.... thanks for the help
MZ SKEETER 4,709 Posted July 24, 2012 Signblazer doesnt have that option. Flexi has it, Id be worried about alignment issues using that option. Although I have never tried it, I dont know how it goes about the process. I think it could be done in Signblazer,,,, copy on top of each other.. and it would take a good tracking cutter
