cutting fluro with sc cutter

im trying to cut some oracal fluro. I cant get it to cut all the way thru i havelowered the blade and made no difference..pressure is still on 1g. i dont want to keep trying to adjust it cause that fluro aint cheap...any ideas

Are you saying that this "fluro" (?) material is thicker than regular vinyl?

If so, the pressure would have to be INCREASED to provide more downward force.

If you don't want to play with your settings... just select number of passes as two. The cutter will cut it twice going over the same path.

Signblazer doesnt have that option.

Flexi has it, Id be worried about alignment issues using that option. Although I have never tried it, I dont know how it goes about the process.

I think it could be done in Signblazer,,,, copy on top of each other.. and it would take a good tracking cutter

went from 1 to 150 on pressure and it turned out okay.... thanks for the help
