towman208 38 Posted July 17, 2012 what paint are you using to screen print cor. signs?
mopar691 281 Posted July 17, 2012 what paint are you using to screen print cor. signs? Solvent ink. starts at about 150 bucks a gallon on up. Stinky sticky stuff. Gotta keep the screen flooded and keep it thinned correctly, after about 20 seconds with a open screen its frozen in there. I wont run anything less than starting at 100 pcs. Need a big screen and a vacuum table to hold down the coro. Drying racks start at about 400 a pop for anything worthwhile, the bigger the better. Cleanup with thinner. special emulsion and high mesh screens, 230 and up.
