poly shirts are leaving slick glazed look

Recommended Posts

any advice on how to prevent the glazed look where the press platen contacts shirt?

example:

Fibron material, 340 deg, 20 seconds, firm pressure, teflon sheet between heat platen and the graphic.

Transfer express #'s at 375 deg for 4 sec does the same thing.

using the 15/15 digital from usc

is the result normal when pressing on poly (under armour) type shirts?

i will try and post a pic when i find one.

Are you using easy weed designed for cotton or cotton poly blend? They make other vinyl for low temp applications.
