By the way, it's MDF medium density fiberboard at lowes and Home Depot. And you can get that in thinner sheets, 1/8th inch coverts to 3.1750mm to be exact. roxanneupnorth 106 Posted March 24, 2011 You fill the edges with a quality putty.....Sand smooth and prime and paint the sames as the faces....There is a lot work to get them ready so better off using finished panel of some sort....Take a trip to your closest sign supply and ask a lot of questions.... What kind of questions do you typically ask a customer who is looking for a sign? I'm sure there are things to ask just like I have to for decals and t-shirts. I appreciate the help.
