Laserpoint setup

I'm trying to get my cutter set up and when I turn on the cutter the display runs through a bunch of foriegn text and then displays black boxes.  I can't get it to read "on-line".

I would submit a support ticket tonight and hopefully they will call tomorrow -

if I remember the black box thing is not going to go away but try unplugging it, wait a cpule of min and plug it in and try again
