Also, can anyone tell me where i can find out how to save my downloaded designs in Sign Blazer, all at once. I just got a new laptop and i'm running Windows 7. My cutter is US Cutter MH 721.

thanks so much, Cheri

Thanks for getting back to me. I guess I stated what I was looking for wrong, still learning how to use this forum. I'm actually hunting eps that is what they call a siloulette, I think. Looks like the outline of a man fishing with the pole etc, in a river or lake. Make sense???

If you can guide me in the right direction to find something like that, I'd appreciate it. Thanks again, Cheri

Hello and wecome from florida. i have a few.

Thanks so much, but do you have these in eps?? My husband is handicapped and he's just learning and already in eps works great for him, he has trouble keeping his train of thought to change them. Thank you! This site is awesome, I'm learning alot.

Hi Jay, i tried using the fishing art you gave me the link for. Can you tell me how I separate the desings so it's just one at a time instead of a whole page full?? When I import it I have the whole page, like it showed on the page I downloaded it from. I'm new at this and don't know what to do. I'm using Sign Blazer that came with it, the trial version. with US Cutter MH 721 That's all I have to work with right now.

Thanks, Cheri

Thank you so much, I feel so dumb, trying to learn all the ins and outs of this stuff. You guys are such a great help and it's really appreciated!

Can I still keep the other designs on the page for future use??? I'm doing several fishing designs for my son in law and want to use different ones for each sign. Make sense???

Thanks Cheri

Yes, you can still keep the rest. What software are you using?

In SignBlazer it would work like this:

Open SignBlazer

File + Import to import them into SignBlazer.

Arrange + Ungroup Objects to seperate them.

Save the file as a .sbd file with a new name.

Select the image you want and click on Edit + Copy.

File + New and create a new SignBlazer file.

Edit + Paste to insert the copied image into the new SignBlazer file.

Save the SignBlazer file with a new name.

Should be same basic steps in other programs too.

i would do it a bit different. after the break i inserted, i would delete all the other images on the page, then when i had the one i wanted on the page, id go to "save as" then save it as  DIFFERENT NAME than you saved the first file.

either way will work, just a matter of preference, you may find either way easier.

Thanks again for your help Jay, I'll give it a try. Kind of sounds like the way Print Artist works.
