mabscotthandyman 1,410 Posted October 7, 2010 Hello and welcome The pcut is a decent cutter for a fairly low price. it has stepper motors and is fairly loud from a fan that helps hold the vinyl down. ifyou are used to a graphtec or roland it may take a little adjusting but it will do what you need done.
