nenemott 0 Posted August 27, 2010 I did this shirt with a screen and vinyl cut out, I had seen on youtube someone make a template in vinyl and transfer it to a screen and tape around it and screen print, I tried it out and at about the third tee the inner vinyl on fonts like a and e came out. I decided to do the same, but instead of putting the vinyl in the front of the screen, I cut it in mirror image and put the vinyl on the back of the screen, I have done 5 so far and no problem, here is a sample.
