FlawlessVinyl 0 Posted August 9, 2010 Wondering what I should charge for two 4x8 signs. Customer brought the sign material so I only paid for the vinyl and app tape I used. It is two colors red,black and 4x8 in size. There were two of these signs. Should I go by square foot or how should I price this. sarconastic 29 Posted August 10, 2010 Price is going to be relative to where your at in the Country, but i would be around $350-400 depending on the vinyl used, if that is a lighted sign maybe a little more than that. sdgirl 13 Posted August 10, 2010 I agree it depends on where you are at. With him giving you the material that is harder to quote. I would go by so much a sq ft. john! 1 Posted August 11, 2010 Just like any other job....materials with mark up and time. None of that mumbo jumbo random pricing works effectively. I'd be about $260 not including any artwork which would tack another $50-100 on the grand total Customer seems cheap by you saying he brought in the sign material so stand your ground and get a good profit from this.
