Help adjusting cutting signcut

hello because when I gave the order to cut the program signcut I cut around the rectangle, one side remains uncut

Are you talking about the weeding box, with the final side not cut when you're cutting single?

I think you have to select Refine for your cutter and it'll work. I don't remember exactly, since I no longer have a Refine or Signcut anymore.

Are you using correct driver for the machine?

What are you using and what is your settings?

Hockeygirl is right.

I have a USC MH721 and had the same problem. I changed the cutter from a US Cutter MH721 to a Refine 1 HPGL and it works like a charm now.  All jobs cut and finish properly.
